About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Devolving decision-making and accountability to patient care providers to enhance consumer satisfaction.
  • Encouraging innovation in service delivery to improve patient outcomes.
  • Supporting teamwork and coordination among staff to achieve better service outcomes.
  • Developing consumer and worker participation in evaluation and planning processes.
  • Encouraging and supporting teaching and research initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A MBBS or equivalent degree registerable with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • A current National Police Clearance (NPC) and Working with Children Check.
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
