Key Responsibilities- Devolving decision-making and accountability to patient care providers to enhance consumer satisfaction.
- Encouraging innovation in service delivery to improve patient outcomes.
- Supporting teamwork and coordination among staff to achieve better service outcomes.
- Developing consumer and worker participation in evaluation and planning processes.
- Encouraging and supporting teaching and research initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A MBBS or equivalent degree registerable with the Medical Board of Australia.
- A current National Police Clearance (NPC) and Working with Children Check.
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
