Job Description
As a Qualified CNC Machinist/Programmer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operation of our Samsung SL3000LM Lathe and Samsung MCV5700 Milling machines. You will work closely with the warehouse operations manager to achieve seamless results. Key responsibilities include operating manual and CNC machines, programming experience, and running a Samsung 3-axis Lathe and a 3-axis Mill.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess trade qualifications as a Fitter Turner or Machinist, ideally with at least 3 years post-trade experience. Experience in general fitting and machining, stainless and/or mild steel fabrication, and Fanuc intuitive programming is essential. Ability to work unassisted, meet deadlines, and produce quality workmanship is crucial. Teamwork and a good attitude are also required.
