Job Title: Associate Nurse Unit Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This includes coordinating patient care, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a current registration as a registered nurse and a relevant postgraduate qualification in nursing leadership.
