About the Role

We are seeking a professional to deliver high-quality therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapeutic Support - Provide evidence-based therapy in line with established models.
  • Client-Centred Planning - Develop and maintain clear, achievable treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Community Engagement - Foster partnerships with local stakeholders, forums, and resource development.
  • Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records that meet organisational, legislative, and funding requirements.
  • Continuous Development - Engage in ongoing professional growth and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling
  • A NSW Driver's Licence
  • Graduate membership with relevant professional associations
  • Minimum 160 hours of client contact in therapy
  • Experience in family, couple, or child/adolescent therapy
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
