Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Cost Management and Estimating Support professional to join our Real Estate team in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering our vision for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost management services from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
- Analyze tenders and develop cost plans for construction projects.
- Prepare and manage contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities.
- Conduct estimating and cost planning across various sectors.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Manage meetings and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Construction or a related field.
- Achieve Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or an equivalent recognized body.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in cost management and estimating, preferably in a private practice or construction organization with a retail focus.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
- Be adaptable and able to react to changing project demands and client requirements.
- Have a strong understanding of business needs and client requirements.
