Cleaner and Cart Collection Specialist

Role Overview

Coles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner and Cart Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position with a range of shifts available between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week. You will be responsible for:

• Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors
• Using various equipment and cleaning products to clean shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains
• Collecting carts from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of the weather

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing great customer experiences
• A keen eye for cleanliness and a passion for working safely
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
• A willingness to work physically demanding shifts and lift up to 17kg
