About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Supervisor to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Concession Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the concession, driving sales and exceeding targets by delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the concession team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain high standards and reflect the brand's identity
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the concession
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and store administration to ensure efficient operations
