Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Director to lead our project teams in delivering business-critical initiatives. This role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from start to finish.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering
  • Proven experience in managing projects in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
