About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Young, NSW. As a key member of our aged care team, you will work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
- Lead and supervise teams of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in aged care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
- Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
- Provide a valid NDIS clearance check
- Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders
