Job Description

Becoming a Clinical Educator presents the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering impactful, best-practice training and education.

You will design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments. You will work closely with leadership across residential aged care and acute environments to deliver training and education that truly matters.

  • Manage training records in our Learning Management System and contribute to quality audits.
  • Report on compliance and foster a culture of learning, care, and excellence across aged care services.
About The Role

This role is ideal for Registered Nurses with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments, background in training, education, or learning and development, and proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.

Strong time management and prioritisation skills are essential for managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required for alignment with BaptistCare's values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, you must have:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification
  • 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments
  • Background in training, education, or learning and development
  • A proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Alignment with BaptistCare's values
  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
  • A high-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
  • A valid Drivers License
