Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Childcare Educator to join our team at KU Greenwood, a tiny long day care in North Sydney.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time diploma opportunity within our team, currently in the 0-2 room and accrues a monthly rostered day off. Alternatively, the service also has a part-time afternoon shift Monday to Friday 12:00-5:30.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-2 years
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Australian working rights
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Diploma
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child-safe practices
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
