About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing the dry goods department, ensuring that all products are displayed and merchandised to meet customer needs. This will involve working closely with your management team to achieve sales targets and maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, compliance and stock management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of presentation, safety, compliance and stock management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with your management team to achieve business objectives and resolve any operational issues.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised to meet customer needs and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
