About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Hvac System Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our engineering team in the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direction of senior engineers to adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain complex HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment and document results in log books.
  • Conduct thorough walk-through inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Assist with estimating parts, supplies, equipment, and labor hours needed to complete assigned repairs and monitor computer systems for malfunctions.
  • Maintain quality standards by ensuring air quality, airflow, and temperature levels meet regulatory requirements.
  • Record gauge readings, repairs completed, and time lost due to inoperative equipment.
  • Maintain accurate technical logs and records of all relevant data.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent technical certificate, along with a minimum of three years' experience working with commercial industrial equipment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • A valid Florida state EPA HVAC license and basic mechanical aptitude are required.
  • The ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics, plans, diagrams, and drawings is essential.
