Job DescriptionAs a Heavy Vehicle Recovery Specialist with Nationwide Towing & Transport, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely recovery of heavy vehicles across Australia. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a tow truck safely and efficiently, responding to breakdowns and accidents on the road. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum MR Licencerequired for operating a tow truck
• Minimum 12 months of truck driving experience (desirable)
• Experience operating and/or transporting plant and equipment is preferred but not required
• Car-carrier experience is a bonus
• Good geographical knowledge of Brisbane and surrounding suburbs
• Excellent customer service experience
• Safety-focused
• Problem-solving skills
