IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT specialist to play a vital role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure across a growing national network.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT support, enjoy problem-solving, working autonomously, and collaborating with internal and international teams.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining and troubleshooting users' computer equipment, software, and AV systems.
  2. Providing responsive Level 1 and Level 2 support via multiple channels with timely resolutions.
  3. Supporting onboarding of new team members.
  4. Managing hardware and software setups, overseeing user onboarding, and contributing to IT projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other IT applications.
