About the Role

As a Cloud Transformation Manager at Cyod, you will play a key role in ensuring that all projects and engagements delivered by our Solutions team in the ANZ region meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

You will manage a team of Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Test Leads, and Test Analysts, as well as contractors, to deliver cloud transformation projects that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management standards, practices, and templates to ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with Practice Managers to optimize the end-to-end process from Statement of Work (SOW) to project closure, focusing on customer outcomes and profitability.
  • Gather and prepare project data and reports for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date resource schedules and activity reporting for accurate coordination.
  • Act as an escalation point for project issues impacting overall delivery.
  • Engage in presales activities to support proposal creation and SOW development.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to build relationships across cultures and stakeholders, internal and external.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in a PMO environment.
