About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Wholesale Sales Team in Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory. As a key member of our National Wholesale leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in these regions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a business plan for WA/SA/NT, aligned with our national wholesale business plan.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the market and wholesale channel, identifying sales opportunities for IPD's products and solutions.
  • Providing leadership and supervision to the Wholesale sales team, facilitating their training and development.
  • Collaborating with other IPD business units and key customers for market feedback and success.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience working in or supporting the Electrical Wholesale channel.
  • Experience leading a geographically diverse external sales team.
  • A strong understanding of the broader Electrical Industry.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven level of competency in the management of KPI's, margins, and sales figures.
