Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure systems engineer to join our team.

This role will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance on all aspects of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure engineering and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support to end-users and field engineers, resolving complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • System Administration: Assist with system administration and daily monitoring of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage local backup solutions and implement redundant setups, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
  • Project Participation: Participate in local infrastructure projects and collaborate with regional IT teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
  • Process Documentation: Document procedures and optimize business processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2012/2016.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
