We are seeking an expert in federal law to join our team in Canberra.

Job Description

You will work with Natalie Butler and her team on information law engagements and digital transformation projects, supporting and advising government clients on privacy law, confidentiality, and legislation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on information law engagements and digital transformation projects
  • Support and advise government clients on privacy law, confidentiality, and legislation decisions
  • Conduct privacy assessments and manage privacy complaints
  • Provide ethical data use guidance
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in information law, especially federal privacy law
  • Familiarity with archives, FOI, and statutory secrecy provisions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
