About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering high-quality group exercise programs to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective group exercise classes to a diverse range of participants
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of group exercise programs and techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new group exercise programs and initiatives
Requirements
  • Current certification in group exercise instruction (e.g. Les Mills BodyPump, Yoga, Body Balance, Pilates, and/or Body Combat)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
