Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and provide recommendations for banking products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a customer-centric approach to banking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Language skills in Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Khmer are highly desirable.
