Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance to ensure compliance with insolvency laws and practices.
- Oversee staff training to maintain their professional development.
- Manage a team responsible for accounting compliance.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified accountant (CA or CPA) with over 10 years' experience in restructuring.
- Membership of ARITA is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a technical capacity within a firm of insolvency practitioners is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Australian insolvency laws and professional standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
