We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at the Christmas Tree Farm.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of a team that requires flexibility and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service with a smile
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Merchandise and maintain stock to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. Additionally, you should have cash handling experience and accuracy.
