Job Title: Robotic Process Automation Manager

This is a comprehensive role that requires expertise in RPA, encompassing both consulting and development. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to conduct process assessments, establish a Centre of Excellence, and create intelligent automation using UiPath.

The ideal candidate will be able to architect, present, and explain RPA solutions to various stakeholder groups, manage a team of developers, and work with software vendors to escalate product issues.

This role requires strong technical skills, experience with UiPath RPA at an intermediate level, and the ability to understand and enforce strict Service Level Agreements.

Able to quickly understand customers' business processes and explore and architect solutions leveraging RPA tools.

We are looking for a self-directed and initiative-taking individual who can manage tasks and set challenging targets to achieve client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-solving oriented, prioritizing work and addressing urgent issues in a calm and coordinated manner.
  • Managing an offshore team of 8-15 associates, ensuring they follow best practices and keep up-to-date with the latest UiPath releases and functions.
  • Ensuring strict Run and Support SLAs to client senior management.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Practical experience with UiPath RPA at an intermediate level, with certification.
  • Ability to architect, present, and explain RPA solutions to various stakeholder groups.
  • Management of development team members working on support and maintenance activities.
  • Able to work with software vendors to escalate product issues.
  • Understanding and enforcing strict Run and Support SLAs to client senior management.
  • Solid technical experience in an IT programming development environment with evidence of functional and technical designs, code, unit testing, and documentation in UiPath RPA.
  • Ability to quickly understand customers' business processes and explore and architect solutions leveraging RPA tools.
  • Willingsness to keep up-to-date with the latest UiPath versions and new functionality.
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD) expertise and close collaboration with Business Analysts and functional experts.
  • Discipline in managing project scope and timelines.
  • Initiative-taker: self-directed and initiative-taking in managing tasks and setting challenging targets to achieve client demands.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude for implementing and developing new operations.
