About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our commercial teams to drive profitability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and support for annual budget planning, target setting, and monthly forecasts.
  • Ensure commercial plans are in line with financial strategy and support commercial teams in maximizing company value.
  • Manage profitability and maintain sound financial position through financial analysis and month-end reporting.
  • Provide senior management with business advice and counsel for sound decision-making.
  • Support commercial teams with new product development initiatives, including costing projects.
Requirements
  • A relevant professional accounting qualification, preferably CPA, CA, or CIMA qualified.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of finance working experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership, management, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of organizational skills to lead and motivate people at all levels.
  • Experience in SAP and trade promotion management systems.
