Job Description

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
