Job Role

This is a mid-senior level technical position for Dynamics 365. As a Technical Lead, you will design and develop systems to support business requirements in the CRM platform.

You will work with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define functional specifications, and consult on operational uses of the CRM platform.

Responsibilities include owning software enhancements, minor projects, defect resolutions, and integration of features in Dynamics 365.

Other key responsibilities include identifying design problems, devising solutions across technologies, and taking a user-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, good understanding of object-oriented programming, excellent knowledge of service-oriented architecture REST/SOAP, and good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports.

Azure tools and technologies are essential, as well as power platform exposure with strong experience in power automate, canvas app/Model driven apps.

Skill sets include but not limited to ASP.net MVC framework and techniques, web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC.
