About the Role

Our client, a prominent global firm, is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer to join their collegiate and high-performing team in the Sydney office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and will be responsible for assisting in advising clients across various asset classes in securitisation and structured finance, including ABS, RMBS, trade receivables, insurance premium receivables, ESG assets, distressed debt portfolios, M&A securitisation financing, and Fintech securitisation.
