Job Opportunity

Drive Change as a Team Leader in Kingaroy.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in driving site performance, achieving business objectives, and fostering collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to enhance site results, achieve key performance indicators, and strengthen employer engagement.
  • Oversee site operations by adopting a strengths-based approach while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost staff morale, promote exceptional service, and drive outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with employers and the team to provide guidance on labour market concepts, opportunities, and incentives.
  • Identify skill gaps in the local labour market and develop targeted strategies to support the team in transitioning young people into sustainable employment.

The ideal candidate will possess established experience in leading a medium-sized team, showcasing expertise in guidance and mentorship, and the ability to lead staff toward successful organizational objectives. Relevant leadership experience in Employment Services is advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, liaison, and networking skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across internal and external stakeholders.
