Looking for a rewarding career in butchery? Mtesa is seeking a skilled individual to learn the art of meat processing as a Butchery Apprentice.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on training and mentoring to help you achieve a Certificate III in Meat Processing. You'll work with an experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, food preparation, and stock handling.

As a Butchery Apprentice, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and sales skills to customers.
  • Food Preparation: Preparing and handling food in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • Stock Handling: Maintaining accurate stock levels and handling stock in a responsible manner.
