This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a leading electrical contractor, we are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical project delivery, including high-quality execution and timely completion.
  • Your role includes mentoring a Junior Project Manager, providing guidance and support to drive project goals and team performance.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Contract negotiations and compliance with the builder will be handled by you, resolving any issues and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • You will coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to streamline workflows, address project needs, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality control.
About You:
  • Senior level project manager with 10+ years of experience
  • Experience working with Tier 1 builders and managing large contracts
  • Exposure to healthcare/medical projects, either new builds or refurbishments
  • Proven experience managing large teams, including junior PMs
  • Top-tier electrical contractor experience is preferred
