About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Assistant to join our team. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers, responding to their queries and booking appointments as needed
  • Collaborate with Optometrists during eye exams and pre-testing phases
  • Dispense glasses with various lens options tailored to each customer's needs
  • Provide outstanding customer experience and ensure customers leave satisfied
