Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer who excels in shipping clean code, learns quickly, and prioritizes attention to detail.

About the Role
  • Develop and own end-to-end features, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, OCR/STT ingestion, evaluation & guardrails, and production APIs.
  • Design and implement LLM evaluation harnesses, red-team tests, and PII/safety sanitization (prompt/response filters, automated test suites, drift checks).
  • Transform domain rules (ICAM, CCM, SHMS) into deterministic checks that complement LLM reasoning.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience building software (Python/TypeScript) and shipping AI products in production.
  • Proficiency in NodeJs and React Js.
  • Hands-on experience with vector DBs (Qdrant/Pinecone).
  • Pragmatic rigor, emphasizing tests, cost control, and strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning RAG/agent workflows, eval harnesses + red-team tests, data pipelines, reliability & cost.
  • Mentoring and light technical leadership on small projects.
