**Job Description:** We're on a mission to digitize real estate information. As a Technical Lead for Identity Platforms, you'll play a key role in guiding the design, delivery, and evolution of authentication and authorization systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team, provide technical guidance, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
  • Designing and maintaining scalable, reliable identity systems
  • Championing engineering excellence through best practices, clean code, system health, and automation
  • Partnering with Product, Design, Architecture, and other technical leaders to shape and deliver the roadmap

We're looking for someone with experience leading engineering teams, strong technical knowledge in identity and access management (IAM), and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and technical domains. If you have a growth mindset, a passion for clean, secure, and efficient solutions, and familiarity with industry security and privacy frameworks, we'd love to hear from you.
