Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food Service Assistant at George Mockler in Mona Vale. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your role will involve preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, while also supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit.
About the Role:
- Assisting with meal preparation, serving food to our residents, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Working collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless meal service operations
- Developing strong relationships with residents and their families to provide exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene protocols
