About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pathology Specimen Collector to join our team at Employment Office Australia. As a Pathology Specimen Collector, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a hospital setting
  • Maintain positive relationships with external clients, GPs, and Medical Centre staff
  • Receive and process urine and faeces samples
  • Record patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Complete online training via our eLearning training system
  • Liaise with referrers and ancillary services in a hospital setting
Requirements
  • Commitment to service excellence with good interpersonal and liaison skills
  • Ability to work various shifts between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm, including participation in a rotating Saturday roster
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
