Trainer Position

We are seeking passionate and skilled trainers to deliver high-quality first aid and mental health first aid training across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive first aid and mental health first aid training sessions to a diverse range of learners
  • Develop and maintain expertise in various training courses, including standard first aid, mental health first aid, and community response programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging learning experiences and support continuous skill development
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and recognition through certifications like the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)

Requirements:

Aspiring trainers should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable interacting with groups, and demonstrate motivation to provide exceptional training experiences.

Please note that this role involves extensive in-person work, requiring strong organisational and time management abilities.
