Job DescriptionIn this role, you will lead and manage the clinical care of our residents, ensuring high-quality health outcomes. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to oversee the multidisciplinary care team and foster a person-centered culture.
You will also be expected to provide clinical leadership and support professional development of nursing and care staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and step in as acting Centre Manager when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in senior clinical management within aged care
- Strong people management skills, with knowledge of workplace relations legislation
- Familiarity with Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards
- Knowledge of AN-ACC and experience in optimising funding for resident care
- Excellent relationship-building skills with residents, families, and staff
