Summer Internship Program

The Summer Internship Program at Unitywater offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience in a dynamic and innovative organisation.


Job Description

This paid internship is offered for a 12-week placement over the summer holiday period, working 4 days per week. The program aims to provide students with real-world experience, skills development, and networking opportunities.


Opportunities Available
  • Business Planning and Performance Team: Support the development of a financial reporting and analytics suite, focusing on financial modeling and reporting.
  • Culture and Capability Team: Contribute to workforce capability planning, stakeholder engagement, and socialization of success profiles.
  • Innovation Team: Assist in facilitating and creating Unitywater's annual Innovation Challenge, delivering external environment scans, and developing challenge scope and objectives.
  • Brand, Communications, and Media Team: Contribute to media and social media planning, drafting social media posts, and learning about corporate media teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be a current tertiary undergraduate student, demonstrate a strong sense of commitment, and possess a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the organisation.
