This role is responsible for conducting site monitoring and management activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitors all aspects of clinical sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project plans;
- Liaises with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless site operations;
- Manages all aspects of site operations as prescribed in the project plans.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a life science or a related field is required, or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industries will be considered;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including an understanding of international regulations;
- Experience working with study protocols and standard operating procedures;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Advanced knowledge of study management systems and processes.
Experience
- At least three years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a site management capacity;
- Strong understanding of Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting and regulatory compliance;
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Valid driver's license.
