Home Support Professional Role

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide in-home support services to valued customers, empowering them to live independently and engage with their local community.

Our experienced team offers comprehensive assistance, including personal care, social support, domestic aid, and customer support.

  • Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Social Support: Transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
  • Domestic Assistance: Light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting Customers: Using aids and personal equipment, monitoring well-being, and reporting progress

To be successful in this role, you should possess a caring nature, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with our customers.

Please note that all applicants must meet specific requirements, including NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check, COVID-19 Vaccination, First Aid certificate/CPR, Australian Driver's License, and smartphone with internet access.

About You

Qualifications: A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services is preferred
