This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Picking and packing online orders using handheld devices;
  • Assisting with incoming deliveries, unloading and sorting stock;
  • Managing shelves to ensure they are well-stocked and everything is in the right place;
  • Working to stretching daily targets, contributing to your overall team goal;
  • Interacting with customers on the shop floor, answering questions or jumping on the tills when required.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Speed and accuracy: enjoy following process, working quickly whilst staying precise;
  • Target-driven: self-motivated and focused to achieve individual targets;
  • Team player: collaborative mindset to help each other meet store goals;
  • Physical stamina: comfortable standing, walking and lifting;
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable learning about and using new technology, including handheld mobile devices;
  • Customer service skills: friendly attitude and willingness to help customers.

This is a temporary contract, but there may be opportunities for a permanent role depending on performance and business needs.
