Catering Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Assistant to join our food service team at St Ignatius College.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to students, staff, and guests. This includes washing and cleaning dishes, food preparation, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and service area, adhering to high standards of food safety, and monitoring stock and minimizing wastage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Blue Card or ability to obtain one
  • Previous experience in dishwashing preferred but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Positive attitude
