We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Northern Health. As a Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant, you will provide quality client care under the supervision of an Allied Health professional within the inpatient teams at Northern Health, including providing individual and group-based therapy to inpatients and outpatients.
This fixed-term part-time position (45.6 hours per fortnight) offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. To be successful in this role, you will have clinical experience working in an inpatient and group setting, as well as experience working under the direction of a Physiotherapist or Allied Health Clinician.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will also have a demonstrated ability to work independently within your scope of practice and seek advice/support when required.
