Store Associate - Sales and Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Associate to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and take ownership of customer service. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting sales targets and owning individual performance targets
  • Executing brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Maintaining store visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
