  2. Risk & Issues Management: Identify emerging risks and contentious issues, preparing licensing briefings and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  3. Strategic Development: Contribute to the enhancement of regulatory strategies, operational policies, and process improvements to drive positive change within the industry.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating and negotiating to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Policy & Regulation: Provide expert advice on self-insurance and regulatory trends, representing the Queensland Government in discussions with key stakeholders.
  6. Project & Resource Management: Lead and participate in projects related to self-insurance and regulatory compliance, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  7. Team & Culture: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team, upholding the values and vision of the Queensland Government.
