">About the Role:">- Develop strong relationships with members and guests from diverse backgrounds, fostering a positive experience across various service areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences in multiple roles including front-of-house, bar, and gaming services, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in service areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Utilize effective communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Building rapport with members and guests from diverse backgrounds
- Providing drinks service, fixing machine errors, and maintaining the gaming floor
- Working in housekeeping, bar, and gaming areas, including TAB and Keno
- Maintaining cleanliness of service areas
Requirements Include:
">- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG qualifications, demonstrating expertise in responsible service practices
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, adapting to changing priorities and situations
