Ecologist Position

Our biodiversity team is renowned for its extensive technical expertise and robust assessments. Our services are highly sought after and continue to grow due to new and exciting projects, including within the renewable energy, infrastructure and resource sectors.

  • Qualifications in environmental science or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Accreditation or experience under similar acts is desirable
  • Flora and/or fauna survey experience, including planning surveys and coordinating field teams
  • Experience in project managing medium and large-scale development and/or biodiversity projects

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in collecting and interpreting ecological and spatial data
  • Strong communication skills, including report preparation and review. Willingness to take responsibility for delivering reports to final quality
  • High motivation with a strong team commitment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel for work
