Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our team at a modern community pharmacy in a suburban shopping centre. As the new Pharmacist in Charge, you will be well supported by a fantastic dispensary team and Robotic dispensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a pharmacy team and ensure the smooth operation of the dispensary.
  • Manage the daily activities of the pharmacy, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
  • Confident in your pharmacy skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
