Job Overview

This role involves supporting the day-to-day HR function within a large business with operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities
  • The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from business leaders and employees.
  • Key responsibilities include managing low to medium-level employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • The successful candidate will provide coaching and support to leaders on effective management of employee issues.
  • This role also involves collaborating with HR Business Partners and the HR Manager to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Projects
  • The development of a new intranet and its content.
  • A review and update of company policies and procedures.
  • The creation of HR reports primarily using Excel.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in human resources, with experience in managing employee relations cases. Excellent communication skills, high organizational capacity, and a proactive approach to work are essential requirements.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Business HR Management or equivalent qualification is required.
